To apply, just fill out the REGISTRATION form (click to open) and sign your Music Creator contract.

After applying, you will need to fill out the MUSIC UPLOAD Form (click to open), enter the requested data and upload one of your songs.

Within 3 (three) days you will receive approval or disapproval to be a Music Creator. If rejected, you will be asked for up to 2 adjustments in the quality of your music, and, if approved, you will join the Music Creators team.

The transfer amount will be displayed in this DASHBOARD FUND MUSIC CREATORS (click to open).

Once you are approved as a Music Creator, to remain active, you will need to upload a minimum quota of 1 approved song per month.

If you upload a song of poor quality, or disapproved, you may be disqualified from the Music Creator, and you will no longer receive money from the Fund.

The ASSIGNOR (Music Creator) assigns and transfers, in its entirety, the ownership of the patrimonial rights of works that appear on the form, in favor of the ASSIGNEE (Handryu MM.) for her economic enjoyment, encompassing all the modalities of use of the works of her authorship, provided for in art. 29 and items of Law 9.610/1998, but not limited to these, authorizing the ASSIGNEE to include:

a) record, manufacture, advertise, promote, distribute, sell, advertise and market and exploit the Works through all customary channels of distribution, nationally and internationally;

b) exploit the Works through all non-physical, electronic or digital forms of dissemination, transmission or communication in any and all media, formats and/or configurations (whether known now or hereafter developed) including (but not limited to) ) via the internet, such as permanent or semi-permanent downloads, via streaming, webcasts, all forms of transmission and/or via any cell phone exploit;

c) make the works available through all non-physical, electronic or digital forms of dissemination, transmission or communication in any and all media, formats and/or configurations;

d) manufacture and disseminate, as well as promote promotional material for the works;

e) sublicense the Recordings and/or Compositions for synchronization purposes;

f) perform all the necessary steps so that the ASSIGNEE fulfills its obligations with the ASSIGNOR under the terms of this instrument or legal determinations;

g) collect and administer all performance rights income arising from the exploitation and/or use of any or all Compositions; and/or

h) license, grant or assign free or onerous to third parties the rights and obligations established in this instrument, regardless of the knowledge or consent of the ASSIGNEE;

i) promote as many editions, total or partial, as necessary and in any number of copies

j) execute and deliver to the ASSIGNEE any other instruments or documents and perform all other acts that the ASSIGNEE reasonably deems necessary to give effect to the terms and provisions of this instrument.

You will no longer have the commercial rights to the songs that I upload as a Music Creator, and if you do not wish to produce and upload more songs, you may be disqualified from the Music Creator and thus no longer receive transfers from the Fund.

It's not possible. It will only be accepted as Music Creators, independent artists and producers, in which they are not linked to copyright management entities.

You can create EDM (House, Deep House, Progressive House), POP, DANCE, COUNTRY, ROCK, HIP HOP, CHRISTMAS, JAZZ, BOSSA NOVA, BLUES, or always good music.

Yes, the more songs you upload the better, as long as you maintain their quality, remembering that all will be evaluated and approved or rejected.

If you upload more than one approved song in the same month, it will be counted towards the minimum quota to remain active as a Music Creator, thus preventing you from having an active status in the long term, and therefore receiving your profits from the Fund.

Yes, it is necessary to have the finished music already mastered, ready to apply in commercial environments.
